‘Le Chalet Bleu’ is well located chalet on the Rtes Des Chavannes
and is well appointed with traditional ‘Savoyarde’ furniture
throughout. It sleeps 6 in privacy, but can comfortably accommodate
up to 8 people.

‘Le Chalet Bleu’ has 3
double bedrooms, two with double beds, one twin bedded room. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedded room have a balcony. There is a bathroom
with shower upstairs, separate WC upstairs, and a downstairs shower room and WC.
The chalet has a spacious garage, which provides additional
secure storage, and this is accessed internally from the hall. |

The large open-plan dining room/sitting room offers
TV, a DVD player and a hi fi/CD/tape player. Two large comfortable
sofas convert to double beds to give the additional sleeping
accommodation, if required. Wide patio doors open from the sitting
room onto the south facing sun terrace. |

| Overall |
‘ Le Chalet Bleu’ is ideally placed for winter sports
enthusiasts being less than five minutes to the nearest lift station
with access to Avoriaz, Morzine and the vast ‘Portes du Soleil’.
A free navette bus service connecting the village to the ski lifts
runs past the door every fifteen minutes from 8am to 6pm.
The emphasis throughout is on quality, style and comfort and ‘Le
Chalet Bleu’ makes an excellent base for the ‘Portes
du Soleil’ and Haute Savoie areas in both Winter and Summer.
